Kaiser - Washington Permanente Medical Group, the Pacific Northwest’s premiere multi-specialty group is seeking a 0.8 FTE Primary Care Activity, Sports and Exercise Medicine (ASEM) Physician for our Capitol Hill Campus in Seattle, Washington. This position will have clinic responsibilities in the Northgate clinic as well. You will be joining our Activity, Sports and Exercise Medicine Service Line with nine other board certified sports medicine physicians dedicated to caring for our active patients and athletes of all levels. Capitol Hill Campus is a multispecialty medical center. Lab, Radiology and Pharmacy on site. Office hours are 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday, with Urgent Care open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Northgate Medical Center is comprised of Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, Eye Care, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Social Work Services. Lab, Pharmacy, and Radiology on site. Office hours are 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday. Qualifications All applicants must possess a full range of clinical skills and an interest in working with an innovative group practice. Must have an unrestricted Washington State Medical License and Federally Issued DEA license.
