Responsible for the coordination and provision of high quality services to identified patient populations by the Physician Assistant (PA) and or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) team including triage and discharge, inpatient and outpatient management and consult patient management. Also, is responsible for quality oversight and standardization of care for the service area.
Bachelor’s degree from applicable program required.
4 years experience as a PA or CRNP required.
2 years leadership experience preferred.
Pennsylvania certification as a PA or CRNP respectively or certification in another state with reciprocity agreement with the state of Pennsylvania required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Strong communication skills and leadership skills required. Basic computer skills with Word, Excel and Power Point required.
