The Staffing Coordinator/Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing staffing, scheduling and other clerical support for Nursing. Responsible for the daily staffing, scheduling and time sheet corrections for nursing to include documentation of call-ins, daily staffing changes. The Staffing Coordinator will also input daily time sheet corrections. Maintains professional behavior when dealing with issues or conflicts, utilizing appropriate resources, as needed. Provides an environment conducive to safety for patients, visitors, and employees.
Key Responsibilities include:
The Staffing Coordinator/Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the CEO, CFO, and other department head leaders as needed. Duties will include but limited to: fulfills staffing requirements for the RTC unit, staffing transports, corrections of time sheets, managing facility contracts.
