Clinic Coordinator reports to the Director of the practice. This role maintains the daily operations of the clinic. Monitors associate compliance with policies and delegated tasks, reports to Director as needed. Resolves patient, staff and physician issues. Provides staff trainig, assists staff as needed. Orders departmental supplies. Coordinates with the physicians their expectations of their daily schedule. Performs other related work as required. Monitors associate PTO/work schedule to maintain appropriate coverage.
College degree preferred
Desirable characteristics include at least two (2) years of experience in a hospital business office
Must have a working knowledge of hospital compliance standards for all payors
Must have working knowledge of reimbursement methodology for Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care payors
Must be proficient in Microsoft software including Excel
