The Project Manager is responsible for the management small to medium concurrent initiatives which support the strategic goals of the organization. The Project Manager is responsible for successfully managing projects with interdisciplinary teams to meet project milestones and achieve performance expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Management of small to medium sized projects. This includes management and follow-up of deliverables as well as open items.
Accountable for ROI and project related data analysis
Demonstrate strong communication skills both written and oral
Track project financials throughout the life of all projects.

Knowledgeable in the creation of Project Plans, Charters, WBS, Project Schedules, RAID Registers, Business Requirements, Technical Requirements and Stakeholder Communications.
Lead and direct up to 5 projects concurrently which includes managing and communicating the timeline, scope, and resources necessary to complete project.
Develops and communicates project schedules, plans, cost and organization wide metrics with project team members and leaders.
Strong ability to multi-task and lead multiple small to medium sized projects concurrently
Develop project plans and assess variances from the plan and develops and implements changes as necessary to ensure project meets time, cost and quality objectives.
Ability to identify and communicate tools and techniques for continuous improvement
Takes action on potential risks and issues and provides proposals for solutions to senior management if escalation is required.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience required to perform the job.
Bachelorâ��s Degree preferably in Project Management, IT, Healthcare, Business Administration or other related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience completing small to medium sized projects in a fast paced with heavily matrixed organizations including SMEâ��s, Technical Resources, and BAâ��s
Qualitative/quantitative analytical skills
Healthcare and/or revenue cycle experience in a provider, servicer or a large physician-practice experience a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint and project
