Develops the Information Technology (IT) Program Management Office (PMO) strategic direction in support of the strategic plan, ensures tactical objectives are obtained. Focusing on developing an IT Program Management function/office and an IT PMO governance structure for the entry, tracking, and reporting of all IT projects capturing monetary, manpower, demographics, risk, user sponsorship, etc.
Works under the supervision of the Vice President, Sr. Director, Director or management designee.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Associate's degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required. Minimum of ten years of full-time experience in a related information technology/application/user support role required. Minimum of two years experience in a supervisory role required.
In lieu of degree, technical diploma/technical certification in a field related to the position required. Minimum of twelve years of full-time experience in a related information technology/application/user support role required. Minimum of two years experience in a supervisory role required.
PMP or PgMP Certifications preferred.
