The UA Cancer Center at Dignity Health St. Joseph’s (UACC/SJHMC) and the Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) in Phoenix, AZ are seeking candidates for our urologic oncologist and general urologist positions. These individuals will be important members of the Genitourinary (GU) Multidisciplinary Team at the Cancer Center and develop a general urology service for the Dignity Health Medical Group. Our goal is to establish urologic services to include urologic oncology, minimally invasive prostate/kidney/bladder treatment, robotic & laparoscopic surgery, male and female infertility, urinary control, sexual health, kidney stone disease, reconstructive urology, complex pelvic disease, general urology and clinical trials. The ability to perform complex GU procedures, manage sexual health disorders and be a member of a complex pelvic/abdominal surgery team are important skills for this position. Building a robust clinical practice, providing direct patient care, and participating in the translational research programs are key responsibilities of these positions. The urology team will work closely with the leadership of the DHMG and UACC/SJHMC to ensure the growth of the comprehensive patient care programs as well as the implementation and growth of a clinical trials programs.
