Introducing Capital Healthy Living — a new idea in senior living
Play an integral role in developing and directing an innovative new program designed to provide services that empower seniors to stay independent and in their own homes longer. Capital Healthy Living will provide comprehensive and customized medical and non-medical services, including preferred access to care, transportation and scheduling assistance with Capital Health primary care providers.
Responsibilities: • Develops new processes and business policy and procedures for new start-up venture, Capital Healthy Living (CHL). Manages administrative functions of CHL. • Develops and oversees member recruitment and contracting process. • Develops member application and participation agreement. Plans and administers member recruitment events. • Identifies vendors to serve the CHL population. Develops contracting criteria and vetting process for vendors. Negotiates agreements and manages vendor network. • Works with vendors to improve quality of program and benefits to members to ensure client satisfaction. • Collaborates with public relations staff and marketing consultant to effectively promote CHL in the community. • Oversees marketing efforts. Serves as a liaison to community organizations serving senior populations. • Develops and manages a client billing system. Provides administrative support to CHL clinical team. • Develops and implements client satisfaction measurements and recovery process. Tracks record of success in management of a growth organization. Prepares and present reports to senior management. • Ensures compliance with program policies and regulatory requirements of licensing and funding sources.
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Public Health, Population Health, Social Work or related field. • Ten years of experience in healthcare administration and/or working with senior populations. • Driver's license. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and to integrate other duties as assigned. • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a start-up or high-growth organization. • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and ability to respond in a fast-paced environment. • Strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to run and synthesize data and suggest patient-focused initiatives and trends. • Ability to run reports by DRG, physician and other variables.
