Provide timely staffing for patient cases keeping the patient first; keep complete, timely and accurate patient records of delegated staffing tasks; communicate assigned schedules to staff and clientele. Answer calls from patients and staff on staffing questions or concerns timely, documenting updates in patient records as per protocols. Collaborate with Referring or Attending Physicians if there are delay or missed visits for their patients.
Coordinate assignment of referrals with RN Clinical Coordinator or Clinical Manager.
Staff each case with the appropriate employee(s) consistent with staffing guidelines and striving for customer satisfaction.
Identify, notify and document patients and family caregivers of visits not yet scheduled with clinician that day.
Take patients complaints in a courteous and caring manner, complete appropriate forms to forward to Clinical Manager for resolution.
Reschedule cases as needed.
Document all staff absences per agency protocol and communicate unusual trends and patterns to employees supervisor.
Utilizes Electronic Medical Record (EMR) scheduling product to maintain accurate schedules for patients and employees.
Communicates missed visits to physician and provider offices per agency protocol.

Minimum six months of recent experience in service industry/profession.
Recent experience with Windows-based computer programs.
Recent experience with general office equipment.
Must have one or more years of staffing experience
Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree in the medical field
