United Surgical Partners International specializes in the Operations and Management of Ambulatory Surgical facilities. USPI is seeking an individual who will lead all areas of managed care responsibilities for ambulatory surgery centers, urgent care centers, imaging centers, short-stay hospitals in various regions as needed, with remote responsibilities with the Corporate team.

This individual should possess strong skills in oral and written communication, at both executive level and front line level; relationship building and maintenance; financial analyses; and contract negotiation. Individual must be able to interact with System Partners; Physician partners; executive USPI Leadership; Payor Executive Leadership. In addition, this individual should have a full understanding of the current healthcare environment/industry and managed care (payer or provider). Individual must work collaboratively with Tenet Managed Care team.

This candidate should possess at minimum a bachelor's degree in a related field, with preference for a master�s in healthcare or business administration along with at least 10 years healthcare/managed care related experience, progressive level of responsibility. Ability to travel.

• Revenue impact analyses for ASCs, Urgent Care Centers, Imaging centers and short stay hospitals
• Budget preparations for same
• Contract organization and maintenance
• Contract performance reporting
• Patient revenue system contract maintenance
• Board meeting reporting and presentations
• Net revenue assessments for development pro-formas
• Partners relationship management
• Operational Integration management
