Overview This position is responsible for completing the financial clearance process within patient access which includes scheduling and registration activities including insurance eligibility and point of service collections. Individuals in this role are expected to demonstrate behaviors that create a welcoming environment and deliver an exceptional experience to patients, families and other customers. The Patient Access Services Rep (PAS) must be able to articulate information in a manner that ensures patients, guarantors and family members have clear expectations of their visit and understand their responsibilities. This is currently a .7 (56 hours every two weeks) day/evening shift working 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm
