Summary
Reporting to the Central Valley Market Respiratory Director, the Respiratory Care Manager is a professional Respiratory Care Practitioner who is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and evaluating respiratory care given by the designated healthcare team. The Department Manager has twenty-four hour responsibility for the service standards, staff, leadership, decision-making, fiscal guidelines, and department relationship. The Department Manager fosters a supportive, professional environment for physicians, staff, and patients. The Department Manager is dedicated to Performance Improvement. This position will have oversight of all respiratory services in the hospital and diagnostic procedures as applicable
Qualifications:

- Successful completion of an approved degree in Respiratory Care
- Valid California Respiratory Care Practitioner License
- Three years supervisory experience in Respiratory Care Services preferred
- Current ACLS, PALS and NRP
