The VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System is recruiting for a Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant. The Advanced Practice Nurse will function at the Parma VA Outpatient Clinic within Community Outpatient Service. This position may be filled as either a Physician, Advanced Practice Nurse, or a Physician Assistant. This position will remain open until the end of the calendar year. Cut-offs every Monday will be established and all qualified applications received by the cut-off date will be forwarded to the selecting official for a review. A selection may be made at any time during the opening of the announcement. The Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care) or Physician Assistant functions interdependently with physicians and is responsible for providing quality care, consultation, education, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals. Work Schedule: The tour of duty will be Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, though some evening or weekend shifts may be necessary.
