The region’s leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health is seeking a CME Program Manager to manage and implement the overall Continuing Medical Education (CME) Program for the medical staff. We’ll rely on you to:

• Advise the Director of Medical Education, physicians and program planners of CME guidelines to establish gap analysis and needs assessment and identify learning objectives for each activity
• Manage marketing, funding, faculty development, logistics, contract services and related activity requirements for formats that include live, enduring SIM Lab, RSS, joint providership, Standardized Patient Program, Skills Training and project-based learning sessions
• Develop and implement symposia, regularly scheduled series, Grand Round lectures and enduring activities
• Conduct activity development, virtual hosting, in-person management and pre-and post-activity documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred
• 3-5 years’ related experience
• Certified Healthcare Continuing Education Professional (CHCP) license preferred or ability to attain within 5 years
• Experience in CME/CE medical education, including project management, knowledge of ACCME and AOA guidelines and related reaccreditation process preferred
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with medical staff, all levels of administration and management, exhibitors, sponsors and pharma representatives
• Management experience or equivalent education
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, FORMS, Zoom, and registration platforms preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
• Experience discussing clinical cases with physicians or writing grants preferred
