MultiCare Health System is looking for an experienced Primary Care Physician to lead a growing comprehensive Primary Care network within the Puget Sound region. This is a full-time position consisting of patient care and medical directorship time. This position has leadership support and vision around developing a programmatic approach to value-based patient care and provides an opportunity for professional growth and leadership development. What you will do:
Partner with the Chief Medical Officer and Administrator to set direction, implement strategy and ensure delivery of outcomes
Promote physician, team and community engagement in clinical policy, process improvement and program development
Provide leadership in a complex, matrix organization where alignment and relationship building across the organization is key to success

Board Certification in Family Medicine / Internal Medicine
Graduate of an accredited medical school and US residency
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in family medicine or internal medicine
Minimum of 2 years experience as a medical director or a comparable medical leadership role is preferred
Master's degree in business, healthcare administration or public health is preferred
Licensure to practice medicine in Washington State at time of employment
DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
