The VHA Albany Stratton Medical Center, Albany NY is currently looking to fill a geriatric primary care physician vacancy on the Silver Team. This position is located in the Geriatrics Medicine section of the Ambulatory Medicine department. The Geriatric Primary Care physician is responsible for providing comprehensive primary and consultative care within the Geriatric PACT (Patient Aligned Care Team) Model. This physician will have a faculty appointment and be involved in academic activities.
