The Holy Cross Medical Group has excellent full-time and part-time employment opportunities for Board Certified or Board Eligible Geriatric Medicine, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (Primary Care) physicians to join our team located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Given the continued growth in member enrollment in the Medicare Advantage Plan, Holy Cross Medical Group is expanding its Senior Center offices. We are seeking primary care providers that want to see patients in a system that focuses on value-based care and rewards providers for the quality of care, not the volume of patients. Providers will also be able to see traditional Medicare and commercial payor patients in this primary care setting.

The successful candidate will join our busy Senior Center offices and will be part of a growing medical group where you are supported by a population health team that assists with care management. Our providers work in a setting that allows for higher earning potential not based on seeing more patients or producing more wRVUs.

We are interested in candidates that have the desire to learn and be part of a health care model that delivers cost effective quality care to engaged patients. No specific prior Medicare Advantage experience is necessary
