Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) has an excellent full time employment opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a robust, growing practice located in Eagle, Idaho.

The selected physician will join two other Family Medicine physicians and provides convenient care close to home for Eagle and Meridian residents. Our friendly providers are committed to being life-long wellness partners for patients and their families. This location also provides pediatric care (two full time Pediatricians onsite) and women's health, including prenatal care. Located only four miles away is Saint Alphonsus Emergency Department.

The schedule for this opportunity is full time, Monday - Friday with no less than 34 hours of scheduled patient contact time weekly. The call for this opportunity is currently 1:31 shared with other eligible members in the SAMG Department of Family Medicine.

The ideal candidate will possess a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree, have successfully completed an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program. They will be Board Certified through the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP) (or will obtain such certification within 3 years of employment) and must be eligible to obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases; including valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy and a DEA.
