An established, collegial, and cohesive private practice outside Minneapolis, Minnesota (MN) seeks a Family Medicine Physician (FM) to join their team.

Position Details:
- 4-day work week!
- 1:10 call rotation
- 16-20 patients per day
- Join an established team of 20 Physicians with opportunity for mentorship - you are never on an island here, there is always a team behind you
- Opportunity to be involved in teaching students, if interested
- EMR - EPIC
- Excellent relationships with other partners/specialists, collegiality is a top priority for everyone in the group

Compensation/Benefit Highlights:
- Two-year guarantee of $265,000 with potential to bonus immediately
- Sign-on bonus of $40,000
- Relocation up to $10,000
- Total first year package of $315,000
- 1-2-year partnership track depending on how quickly the incoming provider ramps up
- Partner here means EQUAL
- FREE health insurance for full-time physicians
