WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Endocrinologist to meet the growing demand for Diabetes and Endocrinology services at Franciscan Physician Network Specialty Clinic Lafayette located in Lafayette, Indiana.
WHAT WE NEED:
Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills with a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Schedule: Monday â“ Friday, 8:00 a.m. â“ 5:00 p.m.
Average outpatient volume: 12 â“ 15 patients per day
Average inpatient consults: 0 â“ 4 consults per week
Shared call expectation
Extensive resources including onsite Clinical Diabetes Educators
Potential outreach to surrounding locations

Type I Diabetes
Type II Diabetes
Insulin pumps
Continuous Glucose Monitoring
