WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Fellowship trained Breast Surgeon to join our team and meet the growing services at Franciscan Physician Network Breast Surgery Lafayette.   Qualified candidates will be responsible for evaluating and managing patient diagnosis to help detect, prevent and treat exclusively breast benign and malignant diseases. Surgeon will manage a comprehensive health care team in both the ambulatory and surgical setting.

The candidate will have a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Physician will display exceptional interpersonal skills and have a desire to invest in the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
36 patient contact hours plus 4 hours administrative time â“ alternating between clinic and surgery
Clinic Schedule:Â Monday â“ Friday , 8:00 a.m. â“ 5:00 p.m.
Typical Schedule:Â 3 days/week in Clinic and 2 days/week in Surgery at Franciscan Health Lafayette East
Average Clinic Volumes:Â 10 â“ 12 patients per day
Excellent and experienced support staff including dedicated CST, RN and office personnel
Call expectation: Take own call except when out of office, call is light with few emergencies and covered by front line nurse triage program
Opportunity will be located in the brand new, comprehensive Franciscan Health Cancer Center Lafayette slated to open 2023
Cancer Center will provide all resources on-site including:Â mammography, diagnostic, lab, infusion center and support services
Strong referral base from over 50+ primary care providers in area
