Practice Overview/Job Responsibilities:

• The Practice Leader will be a member of the provider team caring for patients in the Family Health Center, a practice which is part of Valley Health Partners.
• Valley Health Partners Community Health Center (VHP) is a nonprofit organization recognized as a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike (FQHC-LA) by Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) and is part of the Lehigh Valley Health Network.
• The Family Health Center is one of Lehigh Valley Health Network's Family Medicine Residency training sites. The provider team includes residents and faculty members.
• This position works as part of a care team to provide primary care to patients of all ages, improve the execution of quality requirements, increase output, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall patient experience.
• The Practice Leader will be responsible for overall leadership of the provider team including, but not limited to:
  • Performance management
  • Service excellence
  • Communication
  • Quality assurance and risk management
  • Access to care
  • Practice performance
  • Budgeting and finance
  • Practice development

Job Qualifications:

• A network champion for the underserved and a passion for clinical work
• Leadership skills and experience
• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• A current PA Medical License or the ability to obtain one is required
