Prevea Health is a physician owned and physician led multispecialty group established in 1996 and located throughout Northeastern, the Lake Shore and Western Wisconsin. What makes Prevea unique is our ownership structure; Prevea physicians own 50 percent of our organization and 50 percent is owned by Hospital Sisters Health System (a partnership model that is the only one of its kind in the U.S.) We offer physicians the ability to become a Shareholder in Prevea after one full calendar year, giving them a voice in their own practice.
