Compensation Highlights:
- Base guarantee of $740,000
- Quality and patient satisfaction bonuses of $30,000 per year
- Sign-on bonus of $100,000

- Residency stipend available monthly while finishing training of $2,000 per month (Estimating 12 months of stipend will add $24,000 to the package)
