Outpatient Psychiatrist

UVA Community Health is seeking to employ a full time Outpatient Adult Psychiatrist to join our busy group. For more than two decades, the Prince William County community has relied on the providers at UVA Behavioral Health at Prince William Medical Center to provide remarkable psychiatric care to adult, pediatric and geriatric patients. We offer evaluation and medication management for common and complex psychiatric concerns. Our team of behavioral health specialists is dedicated to providing high-quality inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatments.

Services offered at our clinic include:

• Intake Process
• Initial Visit/Evaluation
• Psychotherapy
• Psychological Testing
• Medication Management

Conditions we regularly help manage include, but are not limited to:

• Bipolar Disorder
• Manic Depression
• Depression
• Anxiety
• Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
• Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)

• Autism Spectrum Disorders
• Panic Attacks
• Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
• Post-Traumatic Disorder

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of medicine, current MD or DO license in State of Virginia, current DEA in the State of Virginia, and Board Certified or Eligible in Psychiatry Required

Experience: 3+ years of experience as a psychiatrist in an outpatient role
