Non-Tenure-Eligible Cardiology Clinician-Educator
The Division of Cardiology in the Department of Medicine at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time, non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator at the rank of Assistant through full Professor. Responsibilities may include supporting the nuclear medicine lab, supporting cardiac MRI services, and attending on the inpatient cardiology service and the ambulatory clinic.
Qualified candidates must have a strong background in cardiovascular medicine, have completed an ACGME-accredited cardiology fellowship program, hold board-certification in cardiology, and preferably have a strong and/or developing record of peer-reviewed publications that demonstrate research productivity and the ability to obtain extramural funding support.
In addition to the skills as noted, the successful candidate will be expected to provide leadership, mentorship and training as appropriate to medical students, residents, fellowship trainees and/or graduate students. Salary is commensurate with experience. The start date is negotiable and the position will remain open until filled.
