West County Medical Associates provides primary medical care, including diagnosis and treatment of general conditions. They focus on preventive medicine and patient education so that patients can make informed decisions about their health care and develop healthy habits. Staff and physicians work collaboratively to provide excellent patient care and empower patients to take charge of their health. WCMA is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible  Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join the established team on the hospital campus in Town and Country, MO.
 
Practice Details:

• Traditional Practice Setting with Inpatient and Outpatient responsibilities
  • Choose to see inpatients daily or in a hybrid model where inpatients are seen only on your call weekend
• Join a collaborative team of 3 Primary Care Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
• 36 patient contact hours per week with 4 hours of administrative time for a 1.0 FTE
• Excellent specialty referrals on campus
• Reasonable shared weekend call 
• 2 year guarantee followed by wRVU production model
• Team based care model working closely with APP's to best care for our patients
• Stipend available for residents
• 4 weeks paid time off
