Ashley Regional Medical Center is a 39-bed acute care Joint Commission-accredited, Level IV Trauma Center with an ER seeing over 14,000 patients/year. A recent 45,000-square-foot expansion of Women's Health and Infusion Centers provides enhanced services along with ICU, Surgical and Therapy Services, Diagnostics, and Imaging. ARMC is designated as a Stroke Receiving Facility by the Utah State Department of Health and is Chest Pain Accredited.

Located in Northeastern Utah, Vernal is home to Dinosaur National Monument and offers plenty of outdoor recreational options. Explore Flaming Gorge, Steinaker and Red Fleet State Parks, and the High Uintah Wilderness Area.
