Carle Health is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider to join our Family Medicine Department at our clinic in Danville, Illinois.

Position Details Include:

  • Flexible scheduling (five 8-hour days/week, or four 10-hour days/week)
  • Family Medicine APP works with a collaborative team including the physician, APP, nurse, and certified medical assistant to provide patient care in an ambulatory setting
  • Possibility for in-office procedures
  • Broad scope of patients including mostly adults, roughly 20% peds

Education Requirements: 

  • Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
  • Two years of clinical practice is preferred but new graduates welcome to apply


Licensure/Certification Requirements: 
Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
