The Everett Clinic is a long-standing and thriving physician-led practice located outside of Seattle in a naturally beautiful region. Easy, and preferred, commute from Seattle and surrounding areas. There are currently 11 gastroenterologists, 1 GI hospitalist, and 4 ARNPs in our group. We are seeking an additional GI physician to join our team as our patient volume and demand have grown at a staggering pace!

Position Highlights:
- Minimal Call: Only cover 1 in every 12 weekends (3-4 weekends per year), 2-3 weeks of weekday hospital call, and roughly 24 night calls (2 nights per month).
- Hospital call is Mon-Thur 7am -- 5pm, no concurrent outpatient obligations
- Weekend call is Fri (5pm) – Mon (7am)
- PM call is 5pm – 7am the following day (home call)
- The first year of employment includes a base salary guarantee in the ballpark of $500,000 -- $525,000. If production exceeds guarantee in first year, you’re paid on production.
- Starting 2nd year and beyond, compensation is based on production using work RVUs. The median compensation in our GI group is $632,000 with a salary range of $603K to $1.2M for 1.0 FTE providers.
- Our providers are doing 16-18 procedures per day and see 9 clinic patients per half day.
- Additional expertise in hepatology or motility (pH/manometry) is highly sought after.

Required Qualifications:
- Board Certified/Eligible in Gastroenterology and Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Unrestricted Washington license or ability to obtain one
- Ability to obtain hospital privileges at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within an EPIC EMR
- 3+ years of post-fellowship experience in a non-academic setting
For Washington Residents Only: The salary range for Washington residents is $437,580 to $659,400. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
