Pediatric Hematopathologist
Position SummaryPhoenix Children’s Hospital is seeking a Hematopathologist to join the professional staff of the Division of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. The Hematopathologist must be board-certified or board-eligible in Hematopathology. The hematopathologist will join a growing diagnostic service with two other staff hematopathologists. The case mix currently includes approximately 750 peripheral blood smears, 550 bone marrow studies, 100 lymph node evaluations, 400 flow cytometric immunophenotyping studies, and 1450 cytology specimens annually.The candidate must have special interest in both neoplastic and non-neoplastic hematologic disorders of infants, children, and adolescents.
