Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits

• Total Initial Compensation Package: $665K - $695K
  • $550K - $580K base compensation, commensurate with experience
  • $100K starting and retention bonuses
  • $15K paid relocation
• $200k student loan repayment option
• 403(b) and 457(b) retirement options, HSA option
• 8 - 10 weeks of paid time off (vacation + CME)
• Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, prescription, disability, and malpractice insurance
• Reimbursement for primary licensure fees, DEA fees, and renewals
• $10,000 bonus if you refer a physician that we hire on a full-time basis; $20,000 referral bonus if you refer an Anesthesiologist
