Outpatient only with no call requirements Dedicated time for administrative medical director duties each week Max expectation of 18 patients per day 4-day work week 0% Full-time RN turnover in 2024 Option to incorporate specific interests in pain management or other areas into your practice Some ability to utilize Spanish, Russian, and/or Ukrainian language skillsCompensation: Base salary with additional hourly rate for Medical Director duties Sign-on bonus of $25,000
